Ski La Clusaz La Clusaz has managed to retain its Gallic charm even as it has got bigger throughout the years. It has extensive slopes, a friendly feel and is just 50km from Geneva and less than three hours from many other major European cities. The resort is known to get busier on the weekends for this reason. It's also known for holding 18 World Cups and 3 World Championship events since 1985.

Ski La Clusaz The runs in La Clusaz are fairly spread out and there are 5 main areas which link into at least one other. It is a resort at a fairly low altitude but most of the slopes are North or North West facing which helps keep the snow on them. Snowmaking plays its part especially later in the season on the home runs. For the potential to snap up deals on ski pass's visit www.laclusaz-tour.com
Advanced Off piste is the way to go and the Combe de Bellachat sector is the where you should head for.
Intermediates Good place to practice on those gentle runs whilst the more adventurous can find
steeper slopes too
Beginners Nursery slopes are at village level if the snow is too, otherwise head up the mountain to where there are some lovely gentle blue runs.
Snowboarders The Massif de L'Aiguille has a first rate park, there are a number of rails, gaps, ramps and 2 big air jumps as well as a boarder cross
Cross Country 80km of cross country loops spread over two sites and of varying difficulty. Les Confins is a plateau at 1450m, which has hosted 4 World Cup cross-country events. The Beauregard area is the second area that you can chose to ski in, and can be both skied and skated within.
