By Train The TGV rail line runs as far as the St-Jean-de-Maurienne train station, which is located between St-Avre la Chambre and St Michel Valloire train stations, with TGV connections from Grenoble, Lyon and Geneva. St Jean D'Arves Ski
Part of the Les Sybelles ski area which is not a resort as such but a lift network that links a few small resorts in the Maurienne massif in the Alps. It was formed in 2003 and has 310km of pistes but be warned a number of the lifts are a little slow., St Jean D'Arves links to it via the lifts at Le Corbier.
