Graceful old town with magnificent railway station.It’s the fulcrum for a dizzying series of major roads and rail routes, where people stop over on the way to Zermatt. The old town centre is a car free zone, however a car is needed to visit anyone of a dozen ski resorts within half an hour's drive.
