Great for shopping so take and empty bag to fill up with those cheap goodies.

Description: A small compact resort with slopes ending in the village. The ski area is split in 2 via a road that runs from Eben to Ramsau. It sits at the foot of the Arlberg pass and if you keep on heading up the road you will reach St Christoph and over the pass to Stuben. It's a great town for Apres ski which goes on until quite late so if you do want a bit of peace and quiet you could always book accommodation at the Nasserein end where you can head up to the slopes on a gondola each day. If you want to sample the nightlife hop on one of the resort busses.

Ischgl, Austria

Description: The resort is on the Swiss /Austrian border and has a compact pedestrianised centre. Glamourous hotels abound with good apres ski. The best place to stay is close to the SilvreHabahn lift in the centre of town. A real plus is that there is a moving walkway from town to the other two lifts. The Pardatschgratbahn and Fimbabahn with money recently spent here is is fast becoming one of the top resorts in Austria and we at Snowbrainer highly recommend it.
